If a piece doesn’t harmonize with your sanctuary, we offer a 30-day return window from the moment it arrives at your door. This gives you the peace of mind to curate your home without the pressure of a “final sale” hanging over your discovery.
02. Honoring the Artisan’s Work (Condition of Returns)
Because our leather poufs, pottery, and woodwork are “slow-made” by master craftsmen, they are delicate heritage pieces. To ensure we can find a new home for a returned item, we ask for the following:
Pristine Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received it unused, unwashed, and free of any domestic scents or wear.
Original Packaging: Just as a jewel needs its box, our fragile ceramics and heavy weaves require their original protective layers to survive the journey back to our warehouse.
03. Navigating the Journey Back
We strive to make the return process as seamless as the purchase. For our American customers, we provide a streamlined return portal.
Shipping Responsibility: While we cover the journey to you, the cost of the return journey is typically the responsibility of the collector. We can provide a pre-paid shipping label, the cost of which will be gently deducted from your final refund.
White-Glove Support: For oversized items like large-scale rugs or etched wood furniture, our team will work with you personally to coordinate a specialized pickup, ensuring the piece is handled with the reverence it deserves.
04. The “Perfectly Imperfect” Exception
Please remember that the soul of Ouarzart lies in the handmade. Variations in the grain of thuya wood, the hand-tooled patterns on brassware, or the organic vegetable dyes in our leather are hallmarks of authenticity, not defects. We encourage you to embrace these unique signatures; however, if you believe an item has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right immediately.
05. The Final Polish (Refunds)
Once your treasure returns to our hands and passes a quality inspection, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method. Most American banks process this within 5 to 10 business days. We’ll send you a digital note the moment the process is complete, so you’re never left wondering.
